Branch Sales Manager (ILOILO Based)
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)
Responsibilities:
* Recruits and motivates network builders and dealers to drive business results.
* Trains and develops a strong team of network builders to achieve sales excellence and business results.
* Reviews sales environments and key business indicators within his/her area of coverage and identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement in order to achieve Key Performance Indicators (sales, recruitment, order count) & operational goals.
* Creates specific local sales & operational plans to align with corporate strategies and initiatives in the achievement of both operational excellence and business results.
* Creates effective dealer activity programs and contact strategies in the achievement of direct selling excellence and business results.
* Creates effective collection programs to ensure high collection efficiency.
* Develops a store team with a high competence for executing strategic business initiatives, thereby driving business results.
* Develops and motivates store teams to ensure high standards of performance in store operations, visual merchandising, customer service, and people development.
* Ensures that company standards are uniformly met and adhered within the store.
* Provides feedback to management based on sales and profitability of his/her branch.
* Resolves issues and conflicts, and conducts performance reviews.
* Prepares and manages branch budgets, and is responsible for the financial performance of the entire branch.
* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s)in store management in the retail or related industry is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Iloilo.
* Sales experience in direct selling industry is an advantage
* With operation control (P&L) experience.
* Preferably locals of Iloilo.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Successful candidates will start before this year ends
