* Assist the MDC Director with key Human Resources initiatives including recruiting, career management and employee retention
* Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the MDC
* Ensure that all outstanding operational follow up items that comes up in different management meetings are monitored through completion
* Execute on other key initiatives as assigned by the MDC Director
