Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mathematics, Commerce, Logistic/Transportation, Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Logistics or Management.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Initiates creation of plans using TMS Tequila Management System for orders entered on a nationwide scale. This can be done automated or manually.
* Evaluates plans created by the system: to ensure that orders are planned and meets customers delivery time requirements for maximum utilization and cost-effectiveness, to accept or revise FMs deemed feasible in compliance with approved guidelines
* Coordinates with Operations/SBU’s and Carriers for the execution of FMs
* Manages real-time FM status based on the actual physical action and system response.
* Alerts key personnel for significant transportation events
* Communicates all system related concerns with IT team for immediate resolution.
* Identify, recommend and implement system and process enhancements, if any.
* Prepares daily and monthly accomplishment reports
