Requirements:
* Qualification:
* Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any disciple (IT stream – Good to Have)
* Technical Skills:
* 1-2 years experience within IT environment
* 6 to 12 months of Unix Server systems (any flavor) administration experience.
* Working Knowledge in Unix Administration (any flavor)
* File System Management, Logical Volume Manager (LVM) and Patch Installation – Good to have
* Basic Understanding on Remote & Network Configuration items - NTP, DNS, TCP/IP, Hosts, NIS, Telnet, Rlogin, FTP and DHCP
* Good communication and customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
* Soft Skills:
* Customer focus
* Strong interpersonal and telephone skills
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems in a systematic and logical manner, and maintain good communications with all relevant parties throughout troubleshooting process. Must understand and apply existing written instructions
* Demonstrates keen interest in continuous learning and professional development
* Ability to work in shifts for 24×7 coverage
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
