Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

* Assists the General Manager and Operations Manager by handling phone calls and inquiries, screening, analyzing and preparing responses to incoming correspondence, and handling day- to-day problem solving.
* Monitors and records all incoming and outgoing documents and e-mails through logbook and calendar entry in order to have a systematic safe-keeping and disposition of all information documents.
* Arranges schedules and updates superior’s activities by maintaining records or logging into calendar / planner, to ensure organization of meetings, appointments, and other work related commitments.
* Prepares department/section correspondences and reports as required by Heads, by gathering essential data, ensuring documentations are given on time and accurately, to support presentation and reporting requirements.
* Organizes business trips by making necessary arrangements to ensure unperturbed travel.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Planning and Organization, Reports Generation.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
