Responsibilities:
* Provides overall support regarding the analyses and reporting of inventory flow, inventory level, and plant productivity which will be used to understand finished goods targets, establish appropriate inventory levels, and optimize lead times.
* Daily reporting of amount of product shipped/invoiced by Stock/Mod, Order type and Stocking type
* Prepares reports on daily inventory of integral & fractional motors of CIM as well as its affiliates and monitors whether they are below or above the target
* Track backlog orders (past dues, current and future) by Stock/Mod and Stocking Type
* Assists in the evaluation and improvement of back log orders by scrutinizing the cause (whether order is for customer pick up, needs address, for testing, credit, hold shipment for it exceeds 1K lbs, stocks, for modification, direct shipment or export, etc.)
* Summarizes the order entry and shipments of Affiliates
* Generates other inventory reports on an as needed basis
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Microsoft Access
* Strong analytical and communications skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
