Requirements:
•5-7 years of programming experience on Java
•At least 4 years experience in Manual Testing
•Has solid experience in Automated Testing using QTP or LoadRunner
•Has solid experience in Application Server (e.g. Websphere, Tomcat)
•Has solid experience in Database (e.g. Oracle, DB2, SQL)
•Strong verbal and written skills
•Proficient problem solving, interviewing and fact finding skills
•Strong analytical and technical skills
•Experience in handling or mentoring a junior developers
•Teamwork and organizational skills
•Self-motivation and discipline, ability to multi-task
•Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
