Senior IT Sales Representative
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

* Handle the calls in accordance with client’s standards.
* Call out IT Managers / Directors, CFO’s, and other senior officers of US-based Fortune 1000 companies to confirm the decision maker, qualify the lead, then offer or gather interest in Enterprise level hardware equipments (servers, switches, etc).
* Able to describe the client’s products and/or services well.
* Able to accurately note/record the personal information and other pertinent data in a database.
* Able to convert business leads into sales in accordance with targets and/or up-sell clients’ products and/or services.
* Ensure that client complaints are attended to and resolved promptly.
* Able to meet preset Service Level Agreements.

Requirements:

* Excellent English communication skills and is able to converse in English well with all types of people.
* Must be proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, a team player and knows how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics.
* Must have the sales skills to persuade, motivate, convince and influence people.
* Computer and internet proficiency.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least with 2 years experience in sales and/or a call center environment.
* Preferably, with work experience in B2B Tele-Sales and Marketing IT.
* Applicant should be willing to start immediately.
* 15 Full-Time positions available.
