MIS Manager

Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, and coordinate the development, implementation, deployment and operation of information systems and technology solutions for business needs.
Manage POS system, data processing, hardware-software maintenance, network security, technical support, system design and documentation management.
Evaluate user needs; propose recommendations to maintain and improve the quality of service delivery; plan, coordinate, and implement improvements in order to increase users productivity.
Demonstrate competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in project management to develop effective solutions to business concerns.
Lead the IT team by coordinating and reviewing work outputs, methods, and procedures; meet with staff to identify and resolve problems.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree graduate in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or any related courses from reputable university.
Minimum of five (5) years overall working experience in various aspect of IT.
Has the ability to analyze user needs and develop cost effective solutions in utilizing appropriate system & technology.
Outstanding program and project management skills; able to complete tasks on time and to drive others to produce quality outputs.
Detailed-oriented, innovative and highly flexible.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
