Responsibilities:
* Network Engineer will be part of the Global IT Operations Center (GITOC) the GITOC is responsible for providing remote 2nd line troubleshooting and maintenance of all systems within Global IT Infrastructure.
* The GITOC Network Engineer role is responsible for maintaining all of the company’s Global Network Infrastructures in order to meet client requirements, objectives and Service Level Agreements. In fulfilling this function the GITOC Network Engineer provides a high-quality professional service within the pre-defined procedures, quality and standards and ensures that client and operational satisfaction is achieved.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* CISCO Certified, e.g. CCNA, CCNP
* Knowledgeable in WAN Design and Trouble shooting (Cisco Routers)
* Proficient in LAN Design and Trouble shooting (Cisco)
* Knowledgeable in FIREWALL Management of Nokia based Checkpoint systems
* Familiar in IP Address Schema design
* Knowledgeable in TCP/IP & DNS
* Network sniffer experience for troubleshooting
* With knowledge in IPSEC Tunnelling
* Cisco Caching Engines
* Checkpoint Firewall
* Experience of working in an ITIL environment is an advantage
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
