* Provides support in installation of LAN/WAN requirements of SPi
* Resolves problems concerning network queries
* Oversees the operations of all LAN/WAN equipments (e.g routers, switches, firewall etc.)
* Maintains records of LAN/WAN equipment set-up and configurations
* Administers and ensures security of all LAN/WAN network system
* Documents, revises, and updates installation procedures and other escalation procedure related to network
* Ensures system uptime and follow standard procedures in monitoring related equipment
* Meet the groups SLA and major objectives as indicated by the groups BSC
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Electronics and Communications Engineer or any IT related course graduate
* Preferably CCNA
* Experienced in maintaining routers, switches and firewalls
* Experienced in LAN/WAN network designs and implementations
* Have worked with hubs, switches, cabling and routers
* Knowledgeable in different operating systems such as Windows, Linux and Macintosh
* Strong leadership, dependable, trustworthy, self starter and aggressive
* Proficient in written and oral English communication
* Willing to work overtime and be assigned in any shift
