HR Staff

Responsibilities:
* • Reports directly to the HR & Administration Manager.
* • Acquire highly qualified and competent employees through the implementation of the company policy on sourcing, testing, recruitment, selection and orientation process.
* • Recommends improvements and corrective actions. Maintains accurate records of personnel recruitment and hiring transactions.
* • Performs administrative/clerical activities specific to the Human Resources function to include: Employee Relations, Recruiting, Human Resources Information Systems, Personnel Administration, Security, and/or Training.
* • Activities include preparing and processing personnel forms, maintaining computer-based and paper files, and entering personnel data into the HR system and generate reports
* • This is an entry-level administrative/clerical position requiring experience, skill, and knowledge of organization policies and practices.
* • The Human Resources Staff performs repetitive administrative/clerical duties and follows existing procedures.
* • Prepares periodic, standardized report in the performance of tasks
* • May exercise some judgment in accordance with well-established policies, procedures, and techniques.
* • Responsible for the maintenance of confidential personnel files.
Requirements:
* • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* • Must be 22 to 28 years of age.
* • Minimum of 1 year work experience as HR Staff/Generalist with administrative functions.
* • Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
* • Adept in HR functions such as but not limited to Recruitment, Employee and Labor Relations, Performance Management, Timekeeping, Benefits and Salary Administration, Events Management, Training & Development.?
* • Highly personable and flexible in dealing with all levels of the organization
* • Highly respectful and responsible. Has the initiative to do multi tasking and value commitment at work.
* • Proficient in MS Office applications
* • Perform task/work with high standards.
* • Applicants must be willing to work on extended hours with pay without limitations on rest days and holidays when necessary.
* • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
