Responsibilities
Provide support for applications on production
Perform monitoring task of applications in production
Guarantees that all matters would be well coordinated and broadcast not only to point persons but to all members of the project and the PS teams. Communication is one of the major keys to the success of a project
Immediate response to all forms of concern raised by the Client, or by anyone concerned, as well as its prompt coordination would not only mean the speedy resolution of the issue but also the guaranteed satisfaction of the Client.
Ensures that all issues raised are properly documented, monitored, and subsequently resolved.
Makes critical information with regards issue statuses and updates are made easily accessible and available to all concerned
Makes certain that no issue is left unresolved.
Make sure that the Client is given proper and more than adequate support for any eventuality that may arise during any time of the day.
Fix codes that may arise in Production.
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
Willing to take night shift
Good Communication skills
Technical Knowledge (Special skills / training / work experience)
- Java, PHP, or .Net (other related open source)
- MySQL, SQL, Oracle (other related database)
