* Monitors recruitment activities of the agency leaders in the region assigned using the company prescribed monitoring tools and processes

* Provides ideas/suggestions to address recruiting concerns/issues

* Ascertains high conversion of recruits, from Business Operating Plan (BOP) to coded/appointed agents, by providing effective pre-contract arrangements; such as, well-conducted BOP, high group discussions and branch visits to gather feedback pertaining to recruitment and obtaining latest recruiting models and sharing these with the other members of the team in Pru Life UK.

* Leads the conduct of regular BOPs and ensure that these are well-attended and organized

* Conducts agency leader training modules on recruiting and new agent induction such as New Manager’s Success Plan (NMSP)

* Assists the Regional Sales Manager / Agency Development Manager (RSM/ADM) who has appointed a new Branch Manager / Unit Manager (BM/UM) in the installation of the branch-licensing, agency training, agency admin and coordination with Head Office (HO) units.

* Creates and maintains database agents detailing baseline data on age, sex, location, income/car/house and the like

* Sources out database for future agency leaders coming from the banking & financial institutions and actively pursues recruitment activities on this sector in tandem with RSM/ADMs

* Provides administrative support to all agents/agency leaders thru follow-ups with Head Office departments and giving constant feedback as to its status and completion

* Provides timely implementation of Recruitment Monitoring System for each branches covered

* Promotes compliance to the usage of all selection, recruitment and recruitment monitoring tools

* Promotes initiatives for expansion of manpower and reduction of attrition

* Ensures that all company policies, procedures, programs and instruction are carried out

REQUIREMENTS:

* Graduate of any business course.

* At least 5 years experience in life insurance sales, training or recruitment and with 2 years supervisory exposure.
