Support Engineer (Java)

Responsibilities:
The Support Engineer provides in-depth application and technical support for Lawson products and designated 3rd party products via online support tools and telephone. Support includes functional analysis, program analysis, testing, and debugging to resolve customer problems. The Support Engineer is responsible for providing quality resolutions to complex customer issues that are passed from Regional Support or Product Support teams while ensuring that all service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals are achieved, as defined in the Support Operations Handbook.
Requirements:
*Two years experience in related industry or software/technical support
*Two years programming experience in Java
*With ERP knowledge or exposure
*Two years experience with relevant technologies including the following:
-Unix, Windows or iSeries operating systems
-DB2 or Oracle databases
-Web servers and application servers
*Proven analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
*Ability to multi-task many business critical issues
*Ability to speak fluent English
*Work experience in an ERP software development or services organization is a plus
*2 Full time positions available
*Required language(s): English.
