Siebel Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
Works on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variance factors. Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results. Work leadership may be provided by assigning work and resolving problems.

Work is divided into :
50% - Project Management - Ensure overall project success and customer satisfaction. Act as liaison between integration partner, Siebel and customer; Advise project team on optimal design and use of Siebel products.
20% - Technical support - Provide support to customers in the resolution of complex issues; Provide assistance to other TAMs on complex technical issues.
20% - Account Management - Report account status to customer and Siebel Management; Work with customers to insure customer satisfaction; Create account review presentations.
10% - Business Development - Give product demonstration and technical architecture presentations; Interact with customer management and turn over leads for additional sales of Siebel licenses and services to Sales and Practice Managers.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Bechelor’s degree..
Required skill(s): siebel, and implementation experience.
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
