Requirements:
* Proven knowledge of software test industry technologies, methodologies and tools
* Knowledge of the development process
* Adequate communication skills in English
* Development level programming skills (Java or any other OOP language)
* Self-starting and proactive regarding job duties
* Enthusiasm and passion for testing complex software systems
* Some knowledge of SVN (source control), ANT, and other development tools
* Enthusiasm for following the latest Java technologies and 3rd party applications
* Experience with at least 1 approach to Test Driven Development
* Experience with Unit Testing of Java Applications
* Experience with at least 1 Test Automation Framework
