NOC Voice Network Associate CISCO VOIP Telephony Engineer

Responsibilities:
* Responsibilities:
* CISCO Call Manager Installation, Maintenance, Diagnostics, and Configuration
* CISCO Call Center Manager Installation, Maintenance, Diagnostics, and Configuration
* Maintain CISCO Unity Voice Mail
* Maintain Voice Gateway Configuration
* Develop IP Telephony Solution Design
* Perform CISCO Unified Communications Analysis
* Maintain up-to-date documentation of network design, operation and procedure manuals
* Support overall Network Engineering framework including routers, switches and firewalls
* Ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and priorities
* Resolve operational issues involving CISCO IP Telephony applications
* Maintain and support all users of the CISCO IP Telephony within Sunpower
* Maintain inbound call flows and skills based routing assignments for all Contact Center Reps
* Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): CISCO expert, CCVP, Excellent Communication Skills, Troubleshooting experience.
* Preferred skill(s): Night Shift Adaptability, Dynamic, Flexible.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in call center/BPO environment or related field is required for this position.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in a Network Operations Center for a call center/BPO concern or related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa.
* Experience with Active Directory Integrated, CCM, Tanddberg, polycom codec, CCME/SRST, UCC/IPCC
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
