Job Description/Responsibilities: Ensure quality of sites as per Intake form/Ensure website functionality and report any issues arising and follow up and resolve 100% of issues raised independently/Edit developed sites within sitebuilder/Responsible on managing the QA Team’s performance and responsible for the overall development of the team, Manage a team of approximately 5 QA Analyst and ensure all key QA Standards are met/Institute creative & innovative R&R for enhancing team performance and motivation
Special Requirements:
Remain focused on tasks and complete work at hand/Work under pressure & meet deadlines/Critical thinking with sound judgement/Work Experience as QA for web content is an advantage/More than 1 year of experience as a TL/Team Supervisor
